You know all those bad Christmas stories of someone opening a
present, only to find that it is something that has been “re-gifted” -
or worse, already given to you in the past? Those are the worst. Your
lousy cousin re-wrapped a present you personally had already given to
them, and then they try pawning it back off onto you as a gift.
Wow. Or, there’s always the classic little brother move, where he tries to give you something you already have! Just remember that horrendous sweater he gave you three years ago that he got the night before Christmas at some dollar store. He thought you had forgotten about it by now, snuck it out of the back of your closet, and wrapped it up for you once again. You don’t want to be this person - ever! – but, you can take a small aspect of these misguided gift-giving blunders and put a whole new spin on the concept.
